Job Description
- Plan, manage and implement Industrial Projects - working towards driving automation
- Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce manufacturing cost
- Coordinate with the Engineering & Manufacturing team to rectify any technical issues
- Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines and maintain a clean and safe work space
- Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements
- Opportunity to train / coach team members as required
The Successful Applicant
A successful Production Engineer should have:
- Some experience in programming and setting robots / robotics is a must have!
- Experience working in a production environment within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry
- A degree in Engineering or related field.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills, LEAN mindset
- Good communication skills and team-working abilities
