An exciting opportunity exists for a PR Lead to join the team on a fixed term contract (maternity cover). As PR Lead, you will be responsible for developing the charity’s PR strategy for local and national media. You will be responsible for developing and executing a year-round PR strategy for fundraising campaigns and projects, events and partnerships. This is a full-time, 12-month fixed term contract, hybrid working with at least 2 days a week in the London office.
Who are we looking for?
Ideal candidates will have strong relevant journalist relationships across national print and online media, with proven experience in handling high profile issues. You will have public relations experience as well as strong collaborative skills. Experience and knowledge of the broadcast industry and experience and knowledge of the charity and fundraising sector is essential for the role as is significant experience of consumer facing PR campaign.
