SalaryARC Group are looking for a Production Lead to join a family run business in Wembley. This will be Night shift work. The salary is GBP35,000 per annum. 45 hours per week.

In this role you will be part of a team made up of operators and packers. You will be overseeing the production, ensuring this runs efficiently and in a timely manner.
The right person will have previous experience within a Health and Safety role and will have a health and safety mindset. You must be organised as you will coordinate the team. Time management is important as you will be responsible for managing deadlines. Understand the importance of targets and work towards them. You must have initiative and be confident with making decisions. Work well under pressure. Have a good understanding of English with clear communication skills.
Duties include:
- Managing the Health and Safety, implementing this throughout the shift
- Supervisors will produce a schedule and you will be responsible for enforcing this
- Escalating any issues to management
- Maintaining the hygiene conditions
- Monitoring productivity rates, quality control and standards inside the production area
- Monitor targets and encouraging the team to perform at a high standard
- Communicate with other departments to sustain a smooth production
Qualifications:
- Level 2 Food Safety and Food Hygiene
- HACCP awareness
It is desired that you have previously studied food science, food technology, or manufacturing engineering. If you have not, then you will still be considered if you can show experience in a similar topic.
