Salary Are you a Production Manager, senior Shift Manager or Shift Operations Manager?
Are you used to and capable of being left to your own devices to run the shift?
Do you have a background in Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing? Whether that is a qualification or hands on project knowledge?
This role has become available due to a restructure on site and they are now looking for an experienced Production Manager to join the team.
The company are a well-established, multi-site food manufacturer with a reputable brand. The position is a rotation of days and nights.
You will need to have at least 3-5 years' experience at management level within food manufacturing, experience dealing with disciplinaries, KPI management and implementing CI and Lean Manufacturing techniques.
