Key duties and responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day sales floor and back-office operations.
- Ensure racks are fully stocked
- Sets priorities and manage time effectively and efficiently.
- Ensures Sales Assistants are trained all necessary tasks and regulations
- Take ownership in relation to cash management, health & safety, statutory compliance, stock management, store merchandising and presentation etc.
- Ensures money handling procedures are followed by all Sales Assistants
- Ensuring that up-to-date security arrangements are in place.
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Responsible for ensuring that customers are looked after and customer complaints are handled appropriately.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have around 2 years’ experience within the retail and qualification at A level or equivalent
