Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day shop operations, including sales, customer service, and staff management
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet targets
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Handle administrative tasks such as inventory management, scheduling, and reporting
- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members to enhance performance
- Maintain phone etiquette when dealing with enquiries and customer calls
- Utilise multilingual skills to assist diverse customers
- Drive sales by actively engaging with customers and promoting products
