Our innovative approach to marketing and sales has garnered widespread attention, and we are now expanding our team to include a dynamic TikTok Shop Account Management Associate.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Management Associate. The Account Management Associate will be responsible for overseeing multiple TikTok Shop Accounts, ensuring optimal performance, growth, and client satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of TikTok platform, trends, and algorithms, as well as excellent communication and organisational skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with multiple TikTok shop brands, helping TikTok sellers grow their business on TikTok.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to clients to optimize their TikTok shop selling strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to give guidance about the content creation strategies.
- Oversee affiliate management programs, coordinating with TikTok creators to maximise TikTok creator sales.
- Manage advertising campaigns on TikTok, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking, to drive traffic and sales for clients.
- Provide guidance and support to clients on shop management best practices, including product selection, pricing, and shop health management.
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, preferably within the e-commerce or digital marketing industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple client accounts and driving measurable results.
- In-depth knowledge of TikTok's platform, features, and algorithms, with a strong understanding of current trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest social media and e-commerce trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of other social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £22,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
