TikTok Shop is an innovative marketplace fully integrated into TikTok. It brings together online sellers, buyers and creators - all within TikTok to build a one-stop, seamless shopping experience and bringing more commerce solutions that further enable our community to discover and engage with what they love.
As part of the wider TikTok Shop UK Creator Operations team, the Affiliate Operations Team is looking after quality creator/content supply and creator GMV growth at scale leveraging the Affiliate services and platform. The team is responsible for scaling the following operations leveraging affiliate product features or tools: acquiring/converting new creators, educating and driving creator engagement/growth, increasing efficiency of creator discovering products available on TikTok Shop (through building a rich, quality, easy-to-use and competitive product marketplace) and improving the process facilitating merchants seeking partnerships with creators. As the primary point of contact within the Affiliates & overall creator team, the Creator Campaign Manager's role is to successfully orchestrate and execute large-scale platform/mega campaigns from a holistic creator's perspective.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end execution and project management of all campaigns for the whole Creator Ops team, overseeing timeline, budget resources, and campaign monitoring.
  • Develop roadmap, including positioning and key strategic directions for Creator Campaigns not only limited to platform campaigns but considering merchant/category activations and the creator-facing strategy and impact.
  • Conduct data analysis on activity performance, including targeting orders and GMV goals, and provide ongoing recommendations for campaign optimisation, such as innovative ideas, partnerships, and activations to improve performance
  • Work together with key XFN teams (campaign, category, product, user research) to collect creator and partner feedback to optimise & scale Creator Campaign tooling
  • Drive campaign process improvement analysis to drive course correction, as needed
  • Keep abreast of trends on social media, e-Commerce, digital marketing and industry developments, and leverage trends and developments to optimise campaigns
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • Solid experience of e-commerce or in e-commerce campaigns or category marketing, familiar with local e-commerce platform marketing campaigns or mixed experience in social media platform side, brand side, and creator/influencer agency side is highly preferred
  • Strong execution, communication, and stress resistance abilities, able to quickly achieve results
  • Excellent negotiation and resource integration skills
  • Good team player, fast learner and open to changes
  • Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, strong in problem-solving
Preferred Qualifications:
  • The ideal candidate should also demonstrate familiarity with the local creator ecosystem and possess strong skills in creator management to effectively engage with and support our diverse community of content creators
  • Sharp user product awareness, familiar with strong interactive products such as TikTok and mainstream e-commerce platforms, experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred., enjoys understanding and accepting new things, has a wide range of interests, and is sensitive to trendy topics
