Role Overview:
As a TikTok Shop E-commerce Affiliate Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our Affiliate Marketing program within the TikTok platform. You will work closely with influencers, content creators, and affiliate partners to drive traffic, increase conversions, and ultimately boost sales for our e-commerce platform. Fluency in both Mandarin and English is essential, as you will be liaising with influencers and partners globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to recruit, onboard, and manage TikTok influencers and affiliate partners.
• Create and maintain relationships with influencers and affiliate partners, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to promote our products effectively.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling TikTok marketing campaigns and content ideas that align with our brand and target audience.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports on Affiliate Marketing activities, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure our Affiliate Marketing efforts remain effective and competitive.
• Conduct market research to identify potential new affiliate partners and opportunities for growth.
• Monitor competitor activity within the TikTok space and propose innovative strategies to maintain our competitive edge.
• Act as a liaison between affiliate partners and internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and synergy across departments.

Requirements:

• Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in Affiliate Marketing, influencer marketing, or e-commerce, with a strong understanding of the TikTok platform and its ecosystem.
• Proven track record of successfully managing Affiliate Marketing programs and driving results.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging TikTok marketing campaigns and content ideas.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize performance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers, affiliate partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience working in the e-commerce or fashion industry.
• Familiarity with Affiliate Marketing tracking platforms and tools.
• Knowledge of other social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, etc.
