• This is an office first role to provide face to face support for Front Office Traders, Risk and Collateral teams on Treasury and Markets

What you'll do
You'll be joining us in Core Trading Solutions, where our teams in India are driving the post trade digital transformation journey for NatWest Markets and front to back digital journey for Treasury Markets.
As a Production Manager you'll be undertaking a lead technical role in production management, providing technical expertise in support of Front Office Murex trading platform and acting as a recognised subject matter expert in one or more technology platforms. You'll use your expertise to make sure that there's availability for business use in line with the agreed service level expectations or requirements. You'll be collaborating with and influencing colleagues and stakeholders across the bank and third-party suppliers, ensuring the timely delivery of solutions which support the business.
Day to day, you'll be:

• Supporting the provision of the day-to-day technology-based services across TMS Murex platforms under core trading
• Managing in-bound work requests and scheduling workloads based on the agreed business requirements
• Supporting ongoing development of technology roadmaps and making sure that the recovery plans meet the bank's needs
• Helping to make sure that resilient applications, infrastructure and recovery plans meet the business recovery requirements
• Undertaking ongoing evaluation and analysis of current capacity to provide the required performance and liaising with other technology representatives to optimise value to the business
• Contributing to our production management strategies and reviewing our SOX controls

The skills you'll need
We're looking for someone with a strong technical understanding, including platform, technology, products and domains. You'll also need a good understanding of audit, risk and compliance requirements from a production support perspective.
You'll also demonstrate:

• Knowledge of Murex platform with exposure to Trade Capture, Settlements and Confirmation for Fixed Income and FX products
• Competence in running triages involving product support teams and internal infrastructure and applications teams
• Problem solving ability and an innovative approach to finding resolutions
• Knowledge and experience of operational principles
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and influence stakeholders independently and effectively
