Job Details:
- Position:Production Operative
- Shifts:
- Days: 6.30 am to 2.30 pm
- Backs: 2.30 pm to 10.30 pm
- Nights: 10.30 pm to 6.30 am
Pay Rates:
- Tier 1: £11.56 across all 3 shifts (other rates depend on ability)
- Tier 2: £12.01
- Tier 3: £12.46
Overtime Rates:
- Weekdays: 1.25x
- Saturday: 1.5x
- Sunday: Double time
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating nail guns and other production machinery.
- Ensuring high-quality output and meeting production targets.
- Adhering to safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience with nail guns and production machinery.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work across different shifts.
