Established in 2003, Hamilton Erskine Limited manufactures and supplies a range of innovative protection glass solutions to customers in the private and public sectors to meet a wide range of vital needs.
We are involved in continual Research and Development projects involving the development of cutting-edge technology in materials and related testing to refine and increase the range of security and safety products.
Within this, our Tecdur range of specialist glass products provide pioneering protection solutions against physical, ballistic and blast incidents.
We are currently seeking a number of productions operatives to join our expanding team from our purpose-built facility in Greater Belfast on a permanent, full-time basis, working 39 hours per week. Your hours will consist of Monday - Thursday, 8 - 5 and Friday, 8 - 1.

The Role
As a Production Operative, you will work as part of a production team with a focus on quality and health & safety, ensuring all customers receive exceptional and timely service.
Specifically, your role will involve:
- Preparation of material for production
- Ensuring good housekeeping and adherence to Health & Safety Guidelines
- Maintaining records for Audits
- Operating machines, full training will be given
About You
To be considered as a Production Operative, you will need:
- A willingness to learn
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Good timekeeping
Experience of working in a production role would be beneficial to your application.
Other organisations may call this role Trainee Production Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Production Line Operative, General Operative, or Warehouse Operative.
