SalaryDue to a large expansion and new contract, we are recruiting for a Production Operative to assist in various departments, the role will comprise of the following duties
Duties
- Production of components parts
- Riveting of products
- Stock control – in and out goods
- Picking and packing of products to complete orders
- Dispatch of orders
- Conduct quality control inspections on products or materials to ensure they meet specified standards and requirements
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, reporting issues to the relevant management team
- Document and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Ability to follow instructions
- Safe manual handling practices
- Safe hand tool use practices
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
Desired but not essential
- Forklift truck licence
- Standard driving licence
Full training will be provided on individual duties
Hours
This is a full-time permanent role available to start ASAP, comprised of 42 hours per week, across Monday to Thursday 07:00 - 16:30 and Friday 07:00 - 13:00. There is the availability for overtime.
There will be incentive bonuses available based on work output and quality targets.
Based a short distance from Bradford City Centre, with free onsite parking and close to good public transport routes.
