What You Can Bring:

At our food manufacturing facility, we value individuals who bring expertise, dedication, and a commitment to excellence. As an Operator, here’s what we’re looking for:

Previous Commercial Food Manufacturing Experience:

If you’ve worked in a commercial food production environment before, your insights and familiarity with industry practices will be a valuable asset.

Precision in Ingredient Handling:

Accurate weighing, mixing, and blending of ingredients are crucial. If you have experience in these areas, it’s a definite advantage.

Organised and Coordinated:

We seek well-organised individuals with excellent hand-eye coordination. Your attention to detail ensures smooth operations.

Equipment Setup and Operation:

Having prior experience setting up and operating machinery is beneficial. Your familiarity with equipment will contribute to efficient production.

Food Safety Standards:

If you’ve worked to high standards of food safety (such as BRC or SALSA), we want to hear from you. Holding a current food handling certificate is advantageous.

Personal Hygiene Excellence:

Maintaining a high standard of personal hygiene is essential in our production environment. Your commitment to cleanliness matters.

Punctuality and Reliability:

Good timekeeping and reliable attendance are non-negotiable. We count on our team members to be dependable.

· Shift based working environment:

o We operate 12-hour shifts, 4 days on and 4 days off rotating – we have opportunities to join a Day or Night shift

· Competitive compensation & Bonus:

o Dayshift (7am to 7pm) Salary £24,024 per annum

o Nightshift (7pm to 7am) Salary £25,225 per annum

o Bonus: a discretionary, quarterly bonus based on attendance
