Salary- Location: High Wycombe
- Working Hours: 9am-5:30pm (office based)
- Salary: Approx. £35 - 40K per annum(dependent upon experience)
We are currently seeking an experienced Planner / Scheduler to join our Operations Team. This is a new position that will work alongside our existing staff. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in planning, preferably within a manufacturing environment, and be proficient with MRP systems and Sage 200 or similar software.
Day to Day of the role:- Collaborate with the Operations Team to develop and maintain production schedules.
- Utilise MRP systems to ensure materials are available for production.
- Analyse and interpret data from Sage 200 or similar systems to inform planning decisions.
- Create and maintain detailed spreadsheets using strong Excel knowledge.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operation of the production process.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a planning role within a manufacturing environment.
- Good knowledge of MRP systems and proficiency with Sage 200 or similar.
- Strong Excel / spreadsheet skills.
- Ideally located within a 30-minute commute to High Wycombe.
- Relevant educational qualifications will need to be evident in the CV.
- Competitive salary of approximately £38-40K, dependent upon experience.
- 20 days holiday, increasing to 25 days with length of service, plus 6 sick days.
