What are we looking for in you?
Previous experience as a line leader/supervisor or extensive exposure within a production unit.
A robust understanding of meeting and working towards targets while upholding quality standards.
Profound knowledge of health and hygiene processes in food manufacturing.
Availability for flexible 12-hour shifts, including weekends during peak seasons.
Eagerness to learn and grow within a thriving organization.
Strong administrative and coordination skills.
The ability to inspire, nurture, and lead a production team to meet targets and enhance operational efficiencies.
Proven experience working in a food production unit.

Leading from the front on production lines, ensuring the team meets targets and operates efficiently.
Supporting Production Managers with basic tasks.
