Description
- Lead and manage the Production Team to achieve operational targets.
- Implement and maintain high standards of work practices and product quality.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment.
- Ensure all health and safety standards are adhered to.
- Manage resources effectively to meet production schedules.
- Drive team performance through effective communication and leadership.
- Identify training needs and facilitate personal development within the team.
- Report on team performance and productivity to senior management.
