We have opportunities for several Property Claims Handlers to join us in the Commercial Claims Department based in Bolton, helping our customers and brokers of AXA Insurance in the UK. Our Commercial Claims unit is responsible for managing all claims relating to Commercial Property, Casualty, Motor Engineering and Commercial Motor. As part of the wider Claims function you'll really be contributing to the purpose of helping all our customers have better lives. We're particularly interested in speaking with established Claims Handlers that have either Subsidence or Business Interruption experience.

What you'll be doing:
- Manage your own portfolio of claims.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and brokers.
- Contributing to the Claims Strategy by offering the best service to our customers.
- Working productively as a team to achieve business goals and objectives.
- In addition to handling your own case load of claims, you'll coach and develop your colleagues.
What we’re looking for:
- Insurance Property Claims experience from either retail or commercial claims is essential.
- Claims license of £25K+.
- Awareness of current UK trends associated with Insurance and the wider market impacts.
- Experience in helping people to shape the right curiosity, passion and integrity in others.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
