The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly ambitious Recruitment professional to join our growing team, focused on developing and fostering long-term relationships with key clients and job seekers, with a professional and customer-focused approach.

Our Professional Services team deliver on key roles across front and back office and work with a wide range of clients across all of Northern Ireland from IT to Manufacturing, Legal to Construction, no two days are the same and the desks are thriving. This particular market presents a huge opportunity for the successful person market to maximise their earning potential and establih themselves as a key member of our (already highly succesful) recruitment team.

• Excellent base salary numbers
• A guaranteed OTE for a period (6 months plus) as you get to grips with the recruitment flow within VANRATH
• Up to 25% commission on placement fees generated (uncapped)

The Ideal Person

• A strong academic profile
• 1 -2 year’s Recruitment experience or significant, transferrable sales experience (we have multiple examples of high-performing consultants who have moved from their respective industries and forged successful careers within recruitment).
