AddressAs a Program Strategist at AXA Philippines, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and execution of data and analytics initiatives within the organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Data and Analytics Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing key initiatives aimed at optimizing data utilization, enhancing analytics capabilities, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with the Chief Data and Analytics Officer to develop and execute data and analytics strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the planning, prioritization, and implementation of data-driven initiatives across the organization.
- Develop comprehensive plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
2. Program Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of initiatives, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive alignment and collaboration in the execution of strategic initiatives.
- Monitor initiative progress, identify potential risks and issues, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
3. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Serve as a key liaison between the Data and Analytics team and various business units within AXA Philippines.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Communicate initiative updates, milestones, and outcomes to senior leadership and key stakeholders regularly.
4. Performance Measurement and Optimization:
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of data and analytics initiatives.
- Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization, and drive continuous enhancement of processes and methodologies.
5. Team Leadership and Development:
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
- Support the professional development of team members through coaching, training, and skills enhancement initiatives.
6. Technical Support
- Support Reports, Analytics, and Data Governance team if there are reporting/ support need arises.
7. Other relevant task that the Data and Analytics may require.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Proven experience in strategic planning and execution within the data and analytics domain.
- Strong understanding of data management principles, analytics methodologies, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- PMP, Agile, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
