As the Programme Development Director, you will be responsible for:
- Drive the improvement, successful delivery, and growth of an exciting apprenticeship programme
- Motivate and manage the apprenticeship programme team
- Undertake market research investigations to determine the market need
- Providing consultancy support and advice to all workstreams, help improve sales strategies and activities
- Play an active role in the senior leadership team, rotationally chairing the monthly meetings
