Programme Lead - Governance, Risk and Compliance - Financial Services - Yorkshire - £100,000We are delighted to be partnered with a leading financial services organisation to recruit a Programme Lead to join on an initial 12 month fixed term contract. Our client is an organisation that are going through a period of transformation and growth.In this role you will be accountable for the design and delivery of the Governance, Risk and Compliance Strategy. Designing, building, and leading the programme team whilst developing relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment across the various domains of the organisation.Key responsibilitiesDesign the programme structure for the GRC Strategy Programme.Build and lead the GRC strategy programme team.Accountability for the delivery of the GRC programme vs agreed scope and programme plan.Deliver GRC Strategy in alignment with existing change and compliance frameworks.Essential ExperienceExcellent knowledge of UK Financial Services GRC standards as a Category 1 firm.Proven experience of leading and delivering business-critical programmes within financial services.Experience delivering programmes of change related to prudental risk.Demonstrable understanding of the UK financial services industry regulatory environments.Successful implementation of complex operating model change.Delivery of complex, multi-workstream change using a blended agile/waterfall approach.What's in it for you?Our client is offering circa £100,000 dependent on experience, 11% pension contribution and a 10% bonus.
