They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a consolidated ERP system. This crucial role involves integrating various specialist systems, including iTrent, to streamline our operations and enhance overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the ERP consolidation programme, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Develop and manage a detailed project plan, outlining milestones, resources, and timelines.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless integration of systems.
- Oversee the integration of other specialist systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency across platforms.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage the programme budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Programme Manager, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Strong background in ERP system implementation and integration.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
Location - you would likely be on site ~ Bristol between 1-3 days a week depending on the business requirements.
