SalaryVenn Group is working with a Local Authority to recruit multiple Programme Managers for a whole-organisation transformation.
The Programme Managers will be dedicated to either a service-focused or cross-cutting programme, and will be responsible for driving delivery of savings and improvements initiatives.
Scope of work includes areas such as:
- Corporate Assets and Accommodation
- Financial and Commercial management
- Digital & Data opportunities
- Housing Services
- Environmental Services, Waste & Recycling and Fleet
- Adults & Children’s Social Care
As the programme is covering all service areas the client is seeking candidates from a range of skills and specialisms, ideally with local government experience.
These roles are inside of IR35 on a day rate basis, ranging from £550-650 umbrella dependent upon experience and the programme/workstream.
Hybrid working will be required to the offices in the South of England, with 2-3 days onsite per week.
