Programme Manager
A leading global provider of new generation IT solutions to the Travel, Transportation and Logistics industries is looking for an experienced Programme Manager to manage multiple workstreams for a major implementation with a leading cruise line.
The Role:
- Manage multiple workstreams (e.g. Implementation, Training, Data Migration and Testing) and Project Managers to meet project milestones, schedule and budget.
- Establishing, controlling and reporting programme schedules and costs.
- Managing the customer and other stakeholders
- Identifying programme resource, skill and training requirements for the Resource Plan.
- Establish and maintain programme metrics to measure and report progress.
- Identify and monitor risk registers.
- Plan and conduct project reviews.
Essential Requirements:
- A degree in an IT related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years experience in IT Project/Programme Management.
- Cruise line industry experience.
- Programme management and planning skills, including budgets, schedules, risk analysis and mitigation.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desired Requirements:
- Experience dealing with offshore teams.
Travel required.
