We are looking for passionate trainers to upskill and develop our volunteers across each of the UK nations.
This is a varied and exciting role which includes design and development of physical activities and self-management courses, designed to support people with arthritis to understand and manage their health and wellbeing.
The role will include training delivery and quality assurance of our programme of activities for people with arthritis.
You will implement the volunteer training programme within your nation, working collaboratively with colleagues across the UK to ensure volunteers are supported to deliver high quality services.

- Training volunteers to deliver high quality services.
- Working in collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Providing support for volunteers when it is needed.
- Delivering within a framework of continuous improvement.
About you
If your knowledge, skills and experience include the following then we’d love to hear from you:
- Experience of working within the third and/or public sector, preferably within the fields of health and social care.
- Experience of delivering movement activities and facilitation of relevant learning and development.
- Experience of developing, producing and reviewing quality training programmes.
- Experience of training and supporting volunteers and maintaining knowledge of best practice in volunteer management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and evidence of effective relationship management with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Sound organisational and time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
