Programme Manager
(6-Month Contract)

Our client, a leading global publisher, is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join their delivery team. This is a 6-month initial contract with the potential for extension.
As a Programme Manager, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the integrity of publications through the development and implementation of innovative programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional programmes across Product, Tech, and Data teams, focusing on AI-driven solutions to detect and prevent fraudulent submissions.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and secure resources.
- Develop and implement risk management frameworks to minimise reputational damage and piracy.
- Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to integrate AI and data-driven tools into publishing workflows.
- Oversee portfolio integration, leveraging new workflow frameworks for streamlined processes.
- Monitor and report on programme performance using relevant metrics and data analysis.
- Apply project management expertise to define scope, develop plans, and track progress.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and implement change management strategies.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in the publishing industry, with a deep understanding of research publishing.
- Strong background in corporate risk management and governance.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Product and Tech teams, leveraging AI and data analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proven track record in delivering complex programmes and projects on time and within budget.
- Experience in leading and implementing change initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
