- Duration: Permanent
- Pay Rate: up to £70,000pa
- Working Hours: 37 hours per week
- Location: London | W2 1AF
- Travel Required: Occasional
Role Overview: As a Retail Programme Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering their retail strategy. This involves leading the development and implementation of initiatives and projects that align with our clients vision of providing a customer-centric choice of ticketing propositions through flexible, convenient, and digital-first solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic initiatives with a focus on digital-first delivery.
- Support the development of the road-map for Client's retail activities.
- Own and manage the delivery programme for retail projects, encompassing both digital and traditional means.
- Ensure project requirements align with business goals in collaboration with Senior Management and stakeholders.
- Liaise with suppliers and external stakeholders for the implementation of innovative retail solutions.
- Provide impact assessments and strategic support for ongoing retail activities.
- Lead contract negotiations on key contracts for business compliance and continuity.
- Represent the interests of the Retail team across Client, wider client org, and industry bodies.
- Collaborate with product managers and Customer Experience teams to ensure retail offerings remain aligned and consistent.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent, with a relevant professional qualification (desirable).
- APM or MSP certification for Programme Management (essential).
- Commercially driven with strategic thinking and foresight.
- Strong interpersonal, networking, and influencing skills.
- Proven experience in project management and delivery.
- Digital experience is beneficial.
- Railway experience is beneficial but not essential.
Skills:
- Problem-solving and analysis.
- Ability to visualise end-user experience and plan customer experience efforts.
- Data-driven mindset with an aptitude for technology.
- Budget management skills.
