As a Programme Manager, you will work with organisations large and small innovators, academia, policy-makers and government departments to deliver projects that will help shape and accelerate future industries.
Responsibilities as a Programme Manager, will be to:
Manage engineering activities in projectsCreate and manage project timing and action plans related to engineering activitiesWork with internal and external partners to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions through strong leadership and management Report progress on engineering activities and highlight any issues that may prevent the delivery of projects on timeMake recommendations during the programme to ensure that timing plans, gateways and budgets are delivered against within a highly innovative arena The Programme Manager will require the following skills and experience:
Posses a formal qualification ideally Prince2 and/or Agile Have a track record in managing and delivering multiple projects, ideally within an engineering and technical arenaBe hands on and practical, being able to deal with project slippage and technical concerns during each phase of the programme to ensure successful deliveryWell organisation with strong planning and co-ordination skills to effectively manage timing and project plans Have excellent communication skills, dealing with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations If you're looking to make a positive impact and create change, possessing an inclusive and committed approach, you'll be rewarded with an excellent salary and benefits package.
