Role summary:
You will be responsible for leading and delivering our strategic Customer Contact Management and Omnichannel Programme and Projects. With our customers at the heart of this project, you will ensure customer centric thinking, throughout the lifecycle of the projects.
As a Programme Manager, within Mitsubishi Electric Living Environmental Solutions (LES), you will be responsible for leading and delivering strategic initiatives across the LES division, ensuring end to end thinking, from developing robust business cases through to implementation and monitoring success.
You will have an excellent aptitude towards change, be innovative and flexible with a strong desire to create exceptional customer centric outcomes. Experienced in shaping and leading new ways of working, you will be responsible for introducing new initiatives as well as continuous improvement concepts across LES, leading by example and provide coaching when needed.
Skills/Responsibilities:
- Independently leads strategic Dynamics 365 Programmes including all business elements of tech, process, data, people and business change
- Responsible to ensure all business functions are engaged and delivering
- Applies best practice to balance the elements of time, cost, quality, scope, risk and resources.
- Follows standardized guidelines and templates to ensure robust planning and management
- Communicates project status and team obstacles to management and other stakeholders in a clear and concise fashion.
- Identifies, monitors, and proactively responds to risks and issues. Negotiates and supports the resolution of issues.
- Manages scope changes and ensures complete supporting analysis.
- Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path.
- Ensures outputs are consistently high-quality deliverables, on time and within budget to all business objectives.
- To ensure close working relations with IT project managers/delivery leads and business stakeholders across workstreams
- Builds strong relationships in order to collaborate effectively, facilitating engagement between business groups and technology departments
- Defines success criteria and continually monitors progress throughout the project life cycle while reporting out to relevant team members and leadership.
Experience:
- 3-5+ years of experience operating as a Project or Programme Manager
- Accredited practioner (Prince 2, Agile, Lean 6Sigma or equivalent) is essential.
- Experience of successfully implementing complex projects in multi-functional environment.
- Experience in leading Programmes or projects focused on Customer Contact Management/Omnichannel initiatives is highly desirable.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is desirable.
- Change management experience is desirable.
- Experience with SAP4Hana will be of benefit
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
