Job Overview
Our client is seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to work alongside the CEO. The right candidate for the job will have complete oversight of how a large organisation runs at the highest level and will contribute to the long-term success of the company.
Main Purpose of Job:
As a Programme Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving our client's corporate strategic initiatives, collaborating closely with the CEO and executive team to ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
Your Role in a Nutshell:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute corporate strategies, driving cross-functional projects forward.
Communication and Coordination:
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing information flow and preparing and editing reports and presentations. You will be facilitating communication between the CEO and various departments.
Project Management:
Lead special projects and initiatives, showcasing your adaptability and versatility in handling diverse responsibilities.
Operational Efficiency:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness, ensuring key priorities are executed promptly.
Team Leadership:
Provide leadership to our executive support staff, fostering a positive work environment and serving as a mentor to team members.
Strategic Analysis:
Conduct in-depth research and analysis on industry trends, providing valuable insights and recommendations to the executive team.
Risk Management:
Anticipate potential risks and challenges, developing effective mitigation strategies and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Relationships Matter:
Forge strong working relationships with the CEO, exec members, and heads of departments, essential for our business success.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (Master's preferred) Is desirable
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
