Job description

What makes Community Integrated Care a great place to work:
Do you have experience of creating innovative projects and building partnerships that achieve a social impact? Are you a natural problem solver who sees opportunities to make a difference?
Are you a passionate leader, who can get the most out of a team and your collaborators? Would you love to lead ground breaking programmes, work with amazing brands, and have a career that is truly meaningful?
Community Integrated Care has designed and led some of the most innovative Programmes and Partnerships in the social care and charitable sectors. We are looking to welcome a creative and ambitious leader to our team, who can further this vital work.
Our award-winning work has included:

  • Creating www.What-To-Do.co.uk – a unique platform that offers free accessible activities, led by exceptional organisations like Manchester City, and once-in-a-lifetime experiences with heroes of the people we support – from WWE wrestlers to Strictly Come Dancing stars.
  • Developing www.TakingChargeEnergy.co.uk – A creative education programme that supported thousands of people who access and deliver social care to help reduce their energy bills during the cost-of-living crisis.
  • Forming the Community Integrated Care Learning Disability Super League, a world-first inclusive sports programme that gives people the chance to live their dreams, representing rugby league’s greatest clubs.
  • A major collaboration with Okta, one of the World’s biggest technology organisations, to promote digital inclusion.
  • Working with universities, the police, and other important public bodies to create projects that respond to significant societal challenges such as inactivity, inaccessibility and hate crime.
