We have an exciting opportunity for a Permanent, Full-Time, Programme Support Officer to join Southampton City Council in the Construction Project Delivery Service area.

We are looking for a confident and experienced Programme Support Officer within the Built Environment to undertake proactive support to the Service Manager, Construction Project Delivery, and wider Service Area colleagues.

You will have experience of preparing agendas and taking minutes at a variety of Board meetings, supporting teams with business operations including a number of critical compliance trackers, supporting project highlight reporting, team communications, and ensuring overarching Service Area administration is comprehensively maintained. Line management experience would be preferred.
