Fixed term contract, part-time (4 days a week)
£51,400 pro-rata.
Hybrid: Turn2us London Hub (Hammersmith) & homeworking/ Turn2us Edinburgh Hub
This role is a job share role to cover parental leave for a 10-12-month period.
You will work alongside your Co-Head of Local Programmes to lead on Turn2us’s strategic approaches to local programmes that deepen the organisations impact so that people have the opportunity to build financial security and thrive in the places where they live. You will co-lead on designing, implementing, developing and monitoring innovative partnership programmes at local levels.
As part of the parental cover the priorities for the role will include assisting in developing a clear theory of change for local programmes, ensuring the programme aims and outcomes for the next 4 years, in line with the 2023-2028 strategy.
The successful candidate will evidence experience of designing and delivering community led/place-based programmes, ideally those focused on tackling financial insecurity.
Experience of working in partnerships/collaborations, especially within community led organisations is also key.
