Job Description
- Lead and oversee all aspects of financial projects within the property industry.
- Ensure all accounting procedures are accurately followed and documented.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve financial objectives.
- Prepare financial reports and present them to senior management.
- Analyse financial data and make recommendations for improvements.
- Liaise with auditors to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.
- Develop budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports.
- Monitor and manage all expense within the assigned budget.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Accountant should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
- Strong knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
- Exceptional leadership skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical skills with a detailed approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
