Description

• Manage accounting and financial aspects of property projects
• Prepare accurate financial reports and statements
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
• Collaborate with project teams to streamline processes and improve financial performance
• Perform risk assessments and make recommendations for risk mitigation
• Participate in financial audits and implement corrective actions
• Support the finance department in other duties as required

Profile

A successful Project Accountant should have:

• A solid background in accounting and finance, preferably within the property industry
• Proficiency in financial software systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work well in a team
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
