Project Accountant - 14 Month Ftc

As a Project Accountant, you will have the opportunity to business partner with key members of the finance team and the wider organization to manage development cost appraisals, projecting portfolio level cash flows, and deliver meaningful financial information on a number of projects. This role involves managing financial projects and ensuring accounting procedures are followed accurately.

Description

• Lead and oversee all aspects of financial projects within the property industry.
• Ensure all accounting procedures are accurately followed and documented.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve financial objectives.
• Prepare financial reports and present them to senior management.
• Analyse financial data and make recommendations for improvements.
• Liaise with auditors to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.
• Develop budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports.
• Monitor and manage all expense within the assigned budget.

Profile

A successful Project Accountant should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
• Strong knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
• Exceptional leadership skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Strong analytical skills with a detailed approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
