Form of workThe Permanent Division of Robert Half is currently recruiting for a Project Accountant on behalf of a specialist service business with offices in Bedford.
The Role
As Project Accountant you will work closely with the Head of Finance to assist in core reporting for Operational areas and assist with necessary support to key projects. Day to day duties will consist of:
- Assist the Head of Finance with ad hoc reporting in various aspects of the business.
- Liaise with Budget holders, monitor and advise accordingly.
- Regular reporting to key stakeholders on internal projects.
- Prepare and submit cash forecasts in a timely manner.
- Provide analysis and guidance to budget holders and stakeholders
- Assisting with core management accounting duties and team management
Your Profile
You will be a Qualified Accountant with strong management accounting and business partnering experience and with an analytical mindset who is looking for an exciting and challenging role locally in the Bedford area. In addition you will ideally have previous experience in a manufacturing, project or service business.

Salary and Benefits
Role of Project Accountant will predominantly be based onsite. Salary would be 45-65K + Benefits
