Reed are working in partnership with a Charity in Mackworth, Derby and are seeking a Project administrator to join the team on a temporary basis.
This is a full-time, temporary ongoing role and will be office based.
In this role you will be providing comprehensive administrative support and project-based support to the CEO. To be successful at this role you will need to be proactive and be able to work with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing all admin tasks. This can include writing and creating documents, scanning, printing, shredding, file uploading etc.
- Arranging the booking of meeting rooms/venues, preparing refreshments/setting up equipment.
- Coordinating the closing of the Chesterfield office remotely and in person. This can include liaising with the landlord and ensuring that the office is handed back in a clean and tidy state.
- Coordinating and managing a plan for the return/collection of all equipment from the staff that are leaving.
- Providing wider ad-hoc administrative support to the CEO, Central Administrator and other staff as required.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Will have strong administration and or project experience
- Will be proactive and can manage their own workload
- Will have a can-do attitude and mature approach to their work
- Will be able to problem solve and seek out solutions or answers to challenges they encounter
