Job Summary
Salary: £25 - £30K Depending on experience
Hours: 7.30am-4.30pm Mon-Fri with 30 mins lunch, office based but will include travelling out on site

Aspire Jobs are delighted to be working exclusively with our client who are within the construction industry. Due to growth, they are now looking for a Project Administrator to join their small but friendly team.
This is a key role for the business and as such needs someone who has previous project administration or senior administrative experience. A construction background would be preferred, but is not essential. This is an evolving position, so our client is looking for a flexible, team focused and ambitious person who could grow and develop their career as the company expands.
Taking a positive and proactive approach to this role, you will be a key member of the team by supporting management with a variety of tasks. You will be adept at multitasking and juggling multiple projects at any one time. A calm and unflappable manner is essential as is a clear communication manner both verbally, written and face to face.
The successful Project Administrator will:-
- Have excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
- Possess strong IT skills, including being proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products, especially Word and Excel.
- Be a confident communicator with a professional telephone manner, both face to face and over the phone.
- Have a can-do attitude and positive approach to a varied and adaptable role.
- Have good attention to detail.
- Be organised, self-motivated, and able to prioritise and plan your own workload.
- Be able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
