Dynamite recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established client who are growing throughout 202 4.
Due to the growth plans they have a project underway whereby they need some additional support and are looking to recruit a Project Administrator on a 6 months contract.
As a Project Administrator you will complete the following tasks
- Producing and maintaining project plans to monitor progress of projects in place.
- Review and report on progress of projects.
- Liaising with all relevant parties to ensure necessary deadlines are met.
- Carrying out all necessary tasks to meet project deadlines including.
- Reviewing the compliance position of each site.
- Engage with landlords and agents regarding addressing statutory compliance shortfalls.
- Engage with contractors regarding rectification/maintenance works.
- Place orders with verified contractors to complete work.
- Verify invoices for completed works.
- Respond to queries and requests for information within a timely manner.
- Attend regular update meetings with interested parties.
- Update files accordingly.
- Oversee the closure of sites including the removal of equipment, cancellation of contracts and the handing over of properties.
- Maintain inventory of equipment going into store.
- All relevant administration associated with the project.
