HR Project Administrator
A leading transportation company based in Southampton are looking for an HR Project Administrator to join them for an ASAP start. The role will last for 6 to 9 months.
The company are implementing a new HR and Payroll system and they are looking for an administrator to join their project team to offer them support on the HR side of the new systems. The systems implementation is expected to take 6 to 9 months which will be the length of this role while working on the project.
The ideal candidate will come from an HR background. However this is not essential if you have previous experience with system projects and data migration.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide front line support and training to end users of the new system within their HR team
- Trouble shooting basic issues and escalating more complex issues as appropriate
- Support application testing and deployment of devices
- Providing system reports within agreed timescales
- Maintain internal database files and tables and develops custom reports to meet the requirements of the wider group
- Performing data imports and exports into the system
- Provide an escalation point for resolution of queries
- Provide customer service, each query is assigned a priority level and aimed to be closed within the agreed deadline.
- Test all of the new processes and procedures relating to the HR team
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience working within an HR team or systems project team
- Experience of working with cloud-based systems would be desirable but not essential
- Computer literate, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, Office 365 and MS Teams.
- Develops and maintains positive working relationships with others, a team player.

- Accurate, detailed and thorough approach to work.
- Able to work under pressure, self-motivated - driven to achieve results.
