Project Administrator

Bramah HR is recruiting for a Project Administrator to join a brilliant organisation based close to Fleet in Hampshire. This is a perfect role for a passionate and experienced administrator to join a collaborative and forward thinking team in a pivotal role within the product team.

Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks to input and update project information
- Provide administrative support to project managers and team members
- Handle office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Maintain an organised and efficient filing system for project-related documents

Skills:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in office software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and clerical tasks
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
