Hr Advisor / Hr Change Project

As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting a Change Management project. This project involves navigating redundancy processes and conducting employee consultations. You'll collaborate closely with our HR team, managers, and employees to ensure a smooth transition during this critical phase.
Key Responsibilities:

• Redundancy Consultations:
  
  • Facilitate individual and group consultations with affected employees.
  • Explain the reasons behind potential redundancies and provide clarity on the process.
  • Address initial questions and concerns from employees.
• Policy Application:
  
  • Advise on the practical application of HR policies and procedures.
  • Cover areas such as recruitment, selection, discipline, grievance, and absence management.
  • Ensure policies are legally compliant and aligned with business needs.
• Collaboration:
  
  • Work closely with the HR Manager to review and update HR policies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on your expertise.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience as an HR Advisor or similar role.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with redundancy processes and employee consultations.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.

The offer
Interim contract on a fixed term contract for 5 months +
Hybrid / with site meeting in Eastleigh/Southampton
Full time, but possible to consider 4 days per week.
