Project Administrator
Salary - UPTO 30k DOE
Location: Swanley
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
A construction company is looking for an experienced Administrator to support the Contract Manager. You will be working alongside the Operations team liaising with clients as required.
You must have previous experience of working within an a similar role ideally for a construction company or similar within an administration role in an office environment, be solutions driven, strong problem solving skills, be well organised and have a good eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- Managing Projects
- Creating project files
- Dealing with health and safety documentation
- Ordering and overseeing the logistics of materials
- Keeping clients updated
- Supporting senior management
Skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Good IT skills, be familiar with working with scheduling software
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Advanced knowledge of all MS Packages including Word & Excel
