If you have previous administration experience that's great but not essential, most importantly we are looking for someone who is wanting an opportunity to grow and develop, keen to learn and succeed within an administrative role. Full Training will be provided.
Responsibilities;
-Compiling accurate and detailed quotations
-Handling incoming customer enquiries
-Project coordination and administration
-Sales order processing
-Aftersales support
-General office duties
Candidate Attributes;
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Good planning and organisational skills
-Customer service experience
-Good attention to detail
-Problem solving & research skills
-Self-motivated and flexible
Hours:Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm, Friday 8.30am - 4pm
Salary: Up to £25,000 + discretional bonus, 22 days holiday + Death in service and Income protection scheme.
