A new requirement has arisen for a Project Administrator to join our client based in Altrincham
- Supporting the Project Control Officers with administration
- Collating and updating reports and uploading them onto a portal
- Supporting with admin for travel and accommodation bookings
- Monitoring the inbox, checking all email correspondence
- Booking engineers, assisting with engineer scheduling and liaising with recruitment specialists
Experience:
- Relevant experience required, ideally from a construction, engineering, or scheduling background
- Confident, good telephone manner and IT skills
Hours: 9 - 5:30 or 8.30 - 5pm Mon - Fri (Hybrid working 2 days WFH after training/ probation)
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
