Project Administrator

A not-for-profit organisation based in Oxfordshire is currently on the lookout for an Interim Project Administrator to join their team and support the Project Manager with administrative support.

This role will be based in Wallingford and will require you to be in the office for 3 days per week. The hourly rate will be between £15/£17 per hour.
On a day-to-day basis you will:

• Support with the organisation of internal and external engagement activities/events associated with ongoing projects.
• Manage all administrative processes
• Supporting the coordination of all logistics for events and activities.
• Providing support in meetings, including diary management, taking notes and tracking actions
• Coordinate and track the progress of ethics applications for stakeholder engagement activities.
• Using systems including the MS Offices Suite and internal database software

The successful candidate will have proven experience in internal communications, administrative support, or project management, including managing and delivering project activities, planning logistics, maintaining good communications.
