Location: Canary Wharf
Salary: £28-£40K (depending on experience)
Dynamite Recruitment are representing a multi-million pound specialist construction business that have an exciting opportunity for someone to join their projects team. My client has projects with high net worth businesses on a global scale. This role will hold a critical part in supporting the projects team across document management, communicating with internal and external stakeholder and overall support on the project. They are looking for someone who has previous projects experience to join them in canary wharf to assist on a specific project and can offer this on a permanent or contract basis.

Main Project Administrator:
* Develop and maintain a broad document management system for the project.
* Must be confident in attending client meetings and taking minutes.
* Manage project correspondence, distributing documents to relevant stakeholders and maintaining an accurate record of communication.
* To manage the reporting associated to the project and communicating the relevant reports to the relevant stakeholders.
* To be confident with the use of Excel and computer literate
* Assist the project team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and coordinating travel arrangements.
* Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, communicating them to the appropriate team members.
* Maintain a positive environment, supporting the project team in achieving its goals.
The ideal candidate for a Project Administrator will have:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience working within a projects team.
* To be articulate and have good written communication.
* To be presentable and confident with dealing with clients
* To be confident with Excel.
* To have a good eye for detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
