Project Administrator

We have a great opportunity to join one of our established clients based in Staines-upon-Thames.
My client have been established for 18 years working with local authorities and private contractors on exciting projects! My client are looking for an Administrator to join them on a full time permanent basis.
Responsibilities

• Submitting tenders
• Scheduling works
• Liaising with councils, agencies and private individuals
• Managing the work schedules for our team of fitters and liaising daily with them to ensure projects are running smoothly
• Ordering products
• Managing stock levels
• Ensuring all Health & Safety procedures are adhered to
• Keeping files and on-line records up to date

Experience Required

• Minimum of 3 years administration experience in an office environment
• Attention to detail
• Excellent Time Management Skills
• Technical skills including being proficient with Microsoft office programs
• Strong prioritisation skills/able to multi task
• Excellent communication skills
