My client have been established for 18 years working with local authorities and private contractors on exciting projects! My client are looking for an Administrator to join them on a full time permanent basis.
Responsibilities
- Submitting tenders
- Scheduling works
- Liaising with councils, agencies and private individuals
- Managing the work schedules for our team of fitters and liaising daily with them to ensure projects are running smoothly
- Ordering products
- Managing stock levels
- Ensuring all Health & Safety procedures are adhered to
- Keeping files and on-line records up to date
- Minimum of 3 years administration experience in an office environment
- Attention to detail
- Excellent Time Management Skills
- Technical skills including being proficient with Microsoft office programs
- Strong prioritisation skills/able to multi task
- Excellent communication skills
